Kronos Incorporated has announced a strategic alliance with BeyondSoft, a leading IT services company with Global Delivery Centers in China. The partnership will help former to expand multiple vertical markets, especially including those multinational companies, where both parties perceive a fast growing demand for workforce management solutions.

Formation of this reseller in China enhances Kronos' delivery to support the global workforce management needs of multinational organizations, as well as provide local knowledge and support for new customer deployments.
Establishing alliance with Kronos, BeyondSoft will combine their insights in IT services and shared service centers in multinational companies with Kronos standardized and centralized enterprise workforce management solutions, helping customers better control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve workforce productivity.
The reseller agreement is a part of the Kronos Connect Partner Program, which is expected to broaden the spectrum of products and services of Kronos induced partners, better their customer experiences and enhance leadership of these partners in specific industries.
