Samsung has flayed the service support allegations raised by some channel partners. The company has said that it has a strong service support across India.
Speaking to it VAR news, Head of Samsung Customer Satisfaction, Ajay Seth commented, In every branch office and area sales office location, we have a service manager in place to take care of the support related issues. Anywhere from India our end-users can get in touch with Samsung service by dialling 3030 8282 or 1800 11 0011.In case they want to write to us we do have a centralized, support.india@samsung.com. We would like to assure our partners of a response within 24 hours.
Answering the concerns of some channel partners in Shimla, Samsung stated that they have a service center in Shimla for all IT products. Acco
rding to the company, this center has been operational in the region since early part of 2005.
Addressing the replacement issues, Samsung informed as a standard practice, specific to IT peripherals, they are offering SWAP service to customers, in order to provide speed and quality to service.
On the question of initiatives, the vendor is taking for overhauling service support in Chandigarh, Seth informed, Company has created company owned service centre in Chandigarh for IT especially, and we are planning to expand number of such outlets in the region based on the business requirements.
