D-Link, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumer and business, introduces its two KVM Switches DKVM-4U and DKVM-8E. D-Link KVM Switches offers cost effective solution for control of several servers in a computer room, allowing an engineer to handily manipulate all connected computers from a single monitor, keyboard and mouse.

You can switch quickly between the individual client computers by pushing a button on the D-Link KVM switch or by pressing the hot keys on your keyboard. The KVM switch confirms the switchover with an acoustic signal, and has LEDs indicating which PC is currently being served by the console.

A KVM switch is a must for people who need to access many computers - one at a time! It generates a lot of savings directly by eliminating the need to have a dedicated keyboard, video monitor and a mouse for every PC or Server being used. It also saves on space required for so many keyboards, monitors, and mouse. You can manage the same n

umber of Servers or PCs in much less space.

D-Link offers a wide range of KVM switches to cover all segments of users from the Home/Office users to Large Data Centers. The D-Link KVM switches are available in 2, 4, 8 and 16 port models. The higher end KVM switches have the cascading feature that allows stacking of multiple switches to control up to 128 computers. The IP KVM allows remote access to multiple PCs/Servers over a LAN, WAN or Internet.

Price and availability:  DKVM-4U and DKVM-8E are available in the market at an approximate street price of Rs 4,620 and Rs.13, 200 respectively.
