Canon has launched Partner Excellence Program Secondary PEP-SY. This program enables partners to directly connect with the Canon. It will help canon in identifying and mobilizing potential of second tier partners.

Canon has rolled out announced strong plans for channel partners along with exciting schemes. For year 2009 Canons focus is GMOL (Gain More Out of Left) where the company is banking on the edge and our motto is We partner best. Canon is running the programs ensuring that the company&its channel partners can lead the printing industry to profitability. Canon has also launched Partner Excellence Program Secondary PEP-SY. This program enables partners to directly connect with the partners. It will help us in identifying and mobilizing potential of second tier partners.

To improve partners technical expertise, Canon India is investing heavily in organizing Channel Partner Training programs to keep up the technological levels of its partners which go a

long way to satisfy the technologically conscious SMB customers. Consumer awareness through consistent ATL/BTL campaign and advertisement, Free Demos at Home and setting up of Demo centers. We are investing towards expanding and improving our service network. We are also investing in competent people from their recruitment to training to giving them the right platform to perform, added Mohammed Nasir, Manager Marketing, CSP (Consumer System Products) division, Canon India.

Also, Canon focus to enhance Channel Engagement at all levels and Canon will provide more schemes and training programs for channel partners by introducing special loyalty and incentive programs every step of the way.
