Persistent Systems announced its Software as a Service (SaaS) enablement initiative for independent software vendors (ISVs). ISVs can leverage Persistents SaaS Competency Center and Migration Services to seamlessly migrate their applications onto the Oracle Platform. The Oracle Platform includes Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle VM, a comprehensive, open and integrated set of technologies that allow ISVs to build, deploy and manage SaaS and cloud-based applications.
