To roll out IPTV services in 20 cities

Elitecore Technologies the provider of OSS/BSS platform to Telecom operators and Entertainment media has won the contract from Aksh Optifibre Ltd, the franchisee of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services to BSNL subscribers in 20 cities; Aksh is also a franchisee of MTNL. Aksh is the first company to launch IPTV in India and currently has about 20,000 subscribers pan India.  Aksh is offering IPTV services under the brand iControl to subscribers in Delhi the service has been widely accepted and delivers totally new features that were not possible in cable or satellite TV to the viewers. Aksh is using Elitecores Crestel OSS BSS platform for its billing and back office management for iControl services.
