Enhances Channel Support ...

Enhancing product portfolio and boosting service support for the consumers seems to be one of the strategies to counter the stiff competition. Working on the same, ADCOM has recently opened their service center at Lucknow to provide a better service support to the customers. "Our motto is to give best after sales support to our partners and to make it possible we have established a service center at Lucknow which is the biggest IT market in UP. This will give better support to our partners," said Pancham, Marketing Manager, ADCOM. Through this center, company now offers great support for the consumers where they can directly walk-in to get the services.

Recently the company introduces their two latest SMPS 450/550 watt to cater to the need of key verticals. They are getting very good response from the channel even when it was introduced last month. He says, "We believe in giving better product offerings for the consumers and that's the reason we keep boosting our pr

oduct range. Recently we have introduced two SMPS of 450 and 550 watts and we are getting good response as it was launched in December."

This new power supply box is targeted to the users having heavy server as well as gaming PCs. The company claims the product with best quality and best price than any other rivals as they are also offering two year warranty.In January, the company has also opened their two new branches to make a wider reach in the upcountry channel. "On this new year we came up with our two new branches. One has been opened at Ghaziabad while the other one at Ludhiana where the company has started dealing with entire range of products. Through these new branches we will be eying on new market reach by appointing new partners," he adds. Coming up with new branches is definitely going to help company grow their customer base as well as their sales.
