Intel is planning to open a service cum channel training centre in Kochi, along with 11 other smaller cities across the country.

Since good service and channel training are key to selling well in the market, chip major Intel is planning to open a service cum channel training centre in Kochi, along with 11 other smaller cities across the country. It is slated to be up in the next three weeks, as per the channel association in the region.
When IT Var News contacted Intel, the spokesperson said, "Intel's offers consistent, fast and efficient support services to its channel partners across the country while striving to enhance the service delivery. In order to better reach out to our customers, we have opened service centers in Mumbai, Calcutta and Bangalore which are now up and running. Eventually we will open similar centers across a total of 11 cities, Cochin being one of them."

m his association members.  "Intel is not ready to replace the board, even when the company is giving three years warranty to its products. In such a situation, to avoid the anger from customers, we had to suffer loss and took the pain of replacing the product ourselves. But now-a-days, the number of complaints are increasing and we are unable to suffer the loss. Intel's failure rate is also increasing. So, we informed our problem to Intel and they accepted to start a 24 hour service centre in Kochi," Mathew said. In fact he even claimed that the boards get rusted and malfunction, for which Intel refuses to take responsibility.
When acquainted the complaint which is raised by AKITDA, he replied, "We are maintaining High-quality design standards throughout the manufacturing process.
