The resellers are suffering crisis heat. Unable to beat the heat, some gave up hopes, but some are striving to find a way out. Here is a review.
It is clearly evident that the financial crisis, which grips all over the globe, has also affected the IT industry India. Even though the IT industry is facing a very tough time, some are not ready to accept it. They still make belief their self that there is no crisis. But the price of the product is increasing day by day and the common people keep away from the market hoping that the price will come down soon. The middle and higher income people are facing a huge loss by investing in the share market and so they are also refrain from the market.

"The market is responding very poorly due to financial crisis and we face 30% to 40% reduction in sale. There is no money flow in the market. To counter this, we have tu
rned from selling hardware and peripherals to providing solutions. As a part of cost cutting, we reduced the number of employees as well," told a Kolkata based reseller.
"Crisis is obvious in the market and we loss a lions share of market due to its impact. The vendors stop financial schemes so we are not getting the individual customers also. In such a situation, we find that it is prudential to turn to providing solutions. Now, we can counter the crisis just because of taking such a judicious decision," said Abhijit Saha, Proprietor, Global Infotech, Kolkata.
The uncontrollable rise in price of the products and very poor demand in the market makes the business in question.
