I have made a complaint on LG customer care vide complain no RNA110823038536 for LG micro wave 1stly after two days of complain after following up customer care a executive comes for check who simply says that one of the part in microave is not working will replace its worth is app 1100 Then after a weeks time no one reverted and after following up they told part is not available and will come after a weeks time. Then again after 15 days when called on Ph no 05224078701 customer service desk they have now reverted with a new story that co has stopped manufacturing the part and since your model is 5 yrs old we are help less and cant provide or repair your microwave.br br I just have a question I have been using all LG product from last 5 years should i throw all these product out of my house since co wants to sell its product thus stops providing service to its old customer Do u think with such a pathetic service i am going to ever purchase LG product or have faith in customer service policy of co.

We were appointed distributor for LG ACs in Sep,2010 for Jaipur(Rajasthan).We were removed from distributorship in April,2011 without any valid reason.Your officers kept on misguiding us and used us in off season.Lately, on advise of your officers,we sent all the stocks (30 ACs)to the newly appointed distributor and he was supposed to give us our payment the next day.But more than one month has passed , till date we have not received our payment.Local officers are also not providing us full support.WE fail to understand LG. Is LG such a company who misguides and cheats their business associates. Please, we request your goodself to intervene and get us our payment as we are in urgent need of funds.

Without mincing words I just have to state that the customer service of LG is the worst I have come across.
My complaint number RNA110426057109 dated 26th April 2011 for defect in inches LCD purchased by me just six months back on 27th Oct. 2011. Nobody seem to be responsible. I was desisting the advice of some of my friends but I think LG may understand the language of Consumer Courts only.

What is clearly lacked is dedication and committment to resolve customer complaints and communicate well with in time to ease of the customer. I have been struglling to get the solution to the said complaint since last 6 days without any communication from the LG side. There were at least 15 calls made by me to customer care and customer service and service centre.But the result is nil. I need solution to my complaint. If this is not solved in 48 hours I was one of the person using all LG products will never use it in future and as well not recommend or oppose any of my known person to buy it for such a bad quality of service. Please remember the golden rule of the customer service \" If you cant do it for your customer then someone else will do it\"

Lg service team had picked up window a/c on 3/5/11 under job number RNA0110502093014 and till date there has been no responce from thier end nor the location on the a/c can be traced. Can i know where is my a/c when it was handed overto LG service team ?
I have tried contacting Mr.Ram cnandra(9873339734-area manager),Nikita(9811354152) but they just do not answere thier phones.i really do not know why LG pays them salary if they do not talk to customersda and solve their problems . Are phone provided to them to talk to their famil members only and not to attend official calls . I have been calling them for two days but either their phone is on call waiting or they do not answere their phones. I need to get my A/s urgently with repairsd carried out.
would like to inform you also that your Branch Service Manger, Mr Atul Wadhwa ,( 9811354667) also does not attend properly to the customers needs. I have tried calling him several times yesterday and he picked the phone only thrice and every time he assured that he shall get back to me in tem minutes but his ten minutes never ends. After that when I call him he never picks the phone. and this has been happening the whole day .
I have tried calling him today morning also but he just does not pick the phone .
I think if senior people like him attend to customers like this then we cannot blame the junior staff at all who work under him .
I think its time for me to go to consumer forum with all my documents and only they can solve this issue .I have tried contacting Mr.Ram chandra(9873339734-area manager),Nikita(9811354152) and now since the last two days your Branch Service Manger, Mr Atul Wadhwa ,( 9811354667) but all are too busy doing their own personal work and do not attend to customers calls. Either LG as a company do not care for customers any longer due to their increase in market share.This mail I shall be forwarding to the directors of the company so that they are also aware that what is happening in Lg customer service department and they are paying huge salaries to the above three names mentioned without cross checking their work.
This has really been a bad experiance with Lg .

Dear Sir,



I had purchased one LG 1.5 tonnage window AC last year on 31.03.2010, and from the very first day of the installation of my AC I have a complaint that the fan or any internal part of the machine is making a noise, too much sound is coming from the machine, I made the complaint to customer care a service person come and check the AC he said the fan of the machine is loose and he tight the fan and said now it is o.k. but after some time we face the same problem, again i made the complaint and the same process is repeated. Now from the last one year I make many complaints every time service person come do something in the AC but there is no any permanent solution of the problem.



Now after one year LG customer care is asking for service charge to check the problem, why should i pay the service charge when the problem is coming from the very first day and not solved permanently during the warranty period, what should i say the LG is selling the poorest product, and always look when the warranty is expiring so that LG can charge service charge.



I think the purchase of LG AC is my wrong decision, LG is poorest company of the world, that can not solve the problem of their product during the warranty period and after the finish of warranty period they ask for the service charge.

Dear Sir,
