Posted : 22/10/2009 Hi, myself purchased HP Compaq PC (SL No-JNA8340BDN) & 19' LCD MONITER , COMPAQ (SL No-3CQ8211CPS) on 18/12/2008. As per the scheme I should receive one HP UPS & one all in one HP PRINTER within three months for which I have paid extra 1000/-. I have received only UPS 600 VA in the mounth of july-2009. Dealer is unable to clarifay the mater after lots of inquary. Kindly inform me about the status of printer & clerifay the mater.
