i have transcend i-pod, it's battery i think has some problem. in spite of keeping it for charging for 4=5 hours, it never shows full battery and shows only 1 or 2 battery. can you please let me know, something workable solution, or can you please suggest me some of service centers near to borivali.

I had purchased jet flash 4GB transcend pen drive in mangalore.But after some days it stopped working and when i contacted the the vendor he asks me for the serial number (local sales serial) manually written on the outer cover of the packet.Inspite of presenting him the life time warranty card and bar code he refused me the replacement.But my question is where in the the life time warr
