Micronet has introduced SP915-1000, a high power outdoor Access Point-cum-bridge.

Micronet, a Worldwide Manufacturer & Provider of Pioneering Networking Products, proudly introduces Micronet SP915-1000, a high power outdoor Access Point-cum-bridge.

Suitable for the campuses area network, where the infrastructures are based in different buildings, Micronet SP915-1000 provides internet connectivity wirelessly and affordably also. Micronet SP915-1000 is compliant with IEEE802.11b standard and provides maximum speed of up to 11Mbps real throughput.

As Micronet SP915-1000 is for outdoor uses, it comes with a rugged housing capable to provide protection against rigorous weather conditions. It can sustain Operating Temperature ranging between -20 ~ 70°C, Operating Humidity ranging between 5 ~ 95% (Non-Condensing) and need only 5 VDC power. It also support PoE.

ity features like WEP, WPA and 802.1x for preventing unauthorized access in wireless environment. Micronet SP915-1000 combines with a high power antenna (SP920MA-12) and is ideal for distant inter-building connection.
