I have been using NOKIA sets for several years but just for a change this time I though of buying a Samsung cell and I think it was a bad and wrong decision of buying a Samsung Corby few months back. I purchased this set from Sector-15, Faridabad few months back only and in the early stages itself the set started giving problems. When approached the shope from where the set was purchased I have been told that it has got allingment problem and has to be carried to Samsung service center. On this Saturday I took my phone to Samasung service center which is in sector 16 Faridabad near ICICI Bank in a basement, the first impression that i got after entering that office was beyond my expectations, the overall secne was like a Fishermarket, and i found myself standing in the midst of that. No body was there ask the reason of visit though few executives were there who were very busy . Somehow I managed to get a coupon and I have been told to wait. My number was 54 in the quee, i waited for atleast one hour but still the number on the display board had reached to 45 only finally i lost my patience and i had to leave that office with a bitter experience. Though I tried to talk with one of the executives there but they simply said I have to wait for my turn before that they are not going to attend my plea. I saw people fighting and making big unsolved arguments with those sitting insdie the cabin whowere pretending to be the experts. It was never expected from such a big mobile manufacturing company that they may be having an office/service outlet like this and the treatment of executives sitting over there was more painful. Hi..I bought a Samsung Microwave in the year 2008. Till now I have been getting good service from the product. I use it quite sparingly just to warm up foods and nothing else. I haven't used it for cooking yet. However since the middle of this month it has stopped working. The display shows but the buttons doesn't work. Now I have informed the vendor from where I purchased the product and they provided me with a number for the Samsung Service center in Krishnanagar. West Bengal. A technician was sent at my place but since there was a power failure at that point of time he was not able to inspect the machine. However on further enquiry he said that he is not aware of the technical aspects and he was sent just for giving a free demonstration. Now I have been using this product for the last two years and I bought it in the year 2008 and I do not require any demonstration. I am quite capable of handling it. Now when I called up the Service Center in Krishnagar, I was told that a fan belt requires to be replaced which is not available right now and I was told to wait for 10 days. My question is that how does they know that the fan belt needs to be replaced, since no technician came to my place there was just a demo guy. I believe 10 days are almost over and I have not been contacted further by anyone who is associated with Samsung. Now if this keeps on continuing then in that case I don't have any options other than throwing away the microwave as a junk. I would be thankful if I am contacted by anyone from Samsung with a satisfactory resolution. It is better for me to just thow the phone out and go for another new phone from other manufactures... Samsung is exploiting the customes by putting such a huge price for the spares.. A 15' LCD monitor can be bought at a price of Rs.6000/-. But a too small display costs Rs.1799. Samsung launched the C5212 at around Rs.8000/- but now the price of the phone is around Rs.4700/- . Has Samsung revised the spare parts' price??? I think the price for the display is very high when compared to the present price of phone. I have been using samsung products for many years, (like Digital Camera, and mobile phones, Monitors).. I will not buy any such products from Samsung because of this huge price for the spares. Dear Sirs I have bought a dual sim --CDMA+ GSM samsung phone DUO's Touch W-299 in jan 2010 from The phone galleria -Brigade road right after purchase there were lot of issues with the phone like blue tooth not working, contacts not getting transferred , not able to dial any isd no's and i had gone back to the phone galleria and requested them to change the mobile and give me a NOKIA instead as i was very very unhappy with samsung they refused same saying it is sold and for any defects contact Samsung service centre on contacting cell solutions v.vpuram ,mr. shiv mobile no. 9980053139 ,he updated my software after which ,whatever was working also stopped working . (please note this is a brand new phone ) then he told me that mother board is not working and he will replace and give it to me in 1 day. after several calls and followups i was told , no motherboard is avaiable and he cannot gurantee when my phone will be given back . he gave me no. of mr. arun 9880544055 his supervisor; but this phone is no reply from last 3 hrs. first of all the biggest mistake was buying a SAMSUNG PRODUCT inspite of various feedbacks on poor quality and poor service of Samsung Second mistake was to not sell this mobile to phone galleria back for 50% value( just after 4 days of purchase ) and get a NOKIA phone in return

Hi, I had a Samsung Mobile S3500, which had a battery issue; Service centre at BTM Layout (Bangalore) attended my query. For the first time they said that it was battery problem and they replaced a new one, still it was not rectified hence they wanted to keep it under observation, later they came to a conclusion that it was problem with the board, as there is no board because of the manufacturing of S3500 is stopped. They said Samsung will refund the money which is spent on the mobile. I went their & show him mobile were engineers repair my mobile, after one month again same problem I went again service centre yadav colony, ranital, Jabalpur at 20-07-09 they asked me it is major problem in your set we have to send it indore service centre, after one month I went to service centre to and ask him to mobile status, they told me your handset came but not work properly give me one week, after it they giving me only date.
