NVIDIA announces the promotion of Daniel Saison to the role of Sales Director - Middle East, India and Africa.

Daniel Saison joined the graphics technology specialist in 2003 as sales manager for Italy, Greece and the Middle East. He quickly took additional responsibility for the Middle East and India regions and has achieved great success, growing the company's desktop graphics processing unit (GPU) market share in these areas to over 70%.

Vice President of Sales EMEA and India, Bernhard Gleissner explains: "As well as expanding NVIDIA's reach in these important developing regions, Daniel Saison has built its sales team and continues to provide strong leadership within the company, as well as maintaining excellent customer relationships externally. In his new role Daniel will be responsible for strengthening our leadership position in India and Middle East and will have strong focus on growing our market in Africa. I have every confidence that he will take NVIDI

A's business from strength to strength."

Daniel Saison brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Before joining NVIDIA, he held roles in distribution and sales roles for companies including Microtek, Maxtor and Western Digital, and has worked across a wide range of markets, from Southern Europe to the Middle East and Scandinavia.
