SiS671 Powered Fujitsu PC To Enter Mass Production

SiS pleasingly announced SiS671 has been adopted by Fujitsu Desktop PC FMV-D3240.



SiS pleasingly announced SiS671 has been adopted by Fujitsu Desktop PC FMV-D3240.

The Fujitsu FMV-D3240 PC, combining with the SiS671 chipset, is well-equipped with various functions. It supports Intel Core2 Duo / Pentium4 / Celeron D FSB800/667/533 MHz processors. Besides, it supports DDR2-667 and memory size up to 2GB. With the embedded MirageTM3 graphics engine, the SiS671 chipset enables FMV-D3240 PC to compatible with the latest Windows Vista.

To completely release the power of the FUJITSU FMV-D3240 PC, the SiS968 Southbridge places an extremely important role by supporting PCI Express x1 and Serial ATA interface. With the independent Serial ATA high-speed connector, the SiS968 enables the FUJITSU FMV-D3240 PC to speed up the data processing; by equipping six USB2.0 ports, the SiS968 enables the FUJITSU FMV-D3240 PC to meet the need for connecting with multiple digital devices.

The High Definition Audio is also equipped in the SiS968 Southbridge to de

liver high quality sound effect. As for the capability of networking, the SiS968 Southbridge supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet to provide a high-speed network for users.
