Noida Computer Traders Association (NCTA) has recently conducted its annual election for the year 2007-08.

Noida Computer Traders Association (NCTA) has successfully concluded its annual election with its new committee members taking their respectable portfolio for the year 2007 – 08. The election was held in the mid of June at Jaipuriya Plaza, Noida.

As per the result Pawan Waleacha of Peripherals Solutions Pvt. Ltd has been elected as the President, Ashish Pandey of Akshar Computers and V.N. Mishra of Arms Peripherals have been elected as Vice President, S.P.Shukla of Zoom Computers as Secretary and Neeraj of The Computer Park as Treasurer.

Speaking to itVARnews, President, Noida Computer Dealers Association (NCDA), Pawan Waleacha, said, “Formed in previous year, our association has achieved most of its targets. This year our main focus is to increase the strength of the association members. Presently, we have 30 members in the association and 70-80 people are the working members. Our main focus is to include those dealers who provide valid sales servi

ces to their consumers and they should also have a TIN number.

The association has also six members in the executive council. He added, “In the end of July we are planning to set up a get-together with Lenovo, one of the leading brands of India. We want to popularize our association among all the eminent corporates. Secondly, we will focus more on service issue as we have decided to set up few service centers in Noida.�

“We have set up flexible criteria for our members. Earlier, we were including only register dealers in our association but now we are appointing those dealers also who are exceptionally doing well in the market. We are planning to encourage every dealer of Noida and Greater Noida; so that we can reduce malpractices. � Said, Vice President, Noida Computer Dealers Association, Ashish Pandey.

In the coming year NCDA is planning to look into various issues related to payment, and fraudster cases, which are increasing day by day
