Madhya Pradesh Telecom & Computer Traders association (MPTCTA) has successfully concluded its annual election for the year 2007-08.

Madhya Pradesh Telecom & Computer Traders association (MPTCTA) has successfully concluded its annual election in Indore with new committee members taking their respectable portfolio. The election was held on 16th May 2007, at hotel Crown Palace Indore.

The committee comprises of 11 members headed by newly elected President, Manish Goel of Byte Peripheral 2006-07, and the president for 2008-09 would be Kishore Bhuradia of Interface. While Sumit Gupta, of Track System and Raghavendra Tripathi of Hard & Soft Services have been appointed as Secretary and Joint Secretary respectively.

While Speaking to itVARnews about the agenda for the coming year, President, Madhya Pradesh Telecom & Computer Traders association, Manish Goel, said, "This year our main focus is to work towards the betterment of the trading sector of the industry. We are planning to make separate policies for the growth of traders, as they are not getting better margin in their business. For this we h

ave recently joined hands with Microsoft."

This year again the association will continue with its event called 'PHONOCOM', which they are running from 1983.It is among the biggest events of Central Asia. He added, "The association has been receiving a overwhelming response with this expo, hence for the coming year they are planning to organize it at a bigger scale. It had been continuing until this year when the association decided to take a break so that they can decide some more strategy and plans and execute it in a good and innovative manner."

As Madhya Pradesh IT industry is facing problems in its service support MPTCTA is also looking after the service related queries. The association has made separate strategy to improve its service support. They are conducting various road shows, advertisements to convey their message to the end users for informing customers about the service support.
