HCL Frontline, the national distributor for Toshiba, has announced the launch of Toshiba Portégé R 150.

HCL Frontline, the national distributor for Toshiba, has announced the launch of its latest product offering, Toshiba Portégé R 150. The company claims it to be the world’s lightest notebook at 995 grams.

The ultimate in portability, the Portégé R150 notebook comes with a 12.1" Polysilicon display and full-size keyboard. Coupled with Intel Centrino Mobile Technology plus a range of connectivity and productivity software, the R150 gives users the freedom to experience wireless mobile computing with Toshiba's Portégé award-winning series.

The Portégé R150 is targeted at the highly mobile professionals. The company stresses that given the new Portege’s state-of-the-art features, ease of use and light weight, most professionals will prefer to use this new model. The notebook, priced at Rs 1, 15,990, comes with a three years carry-in warranty.
