Jalandhar Computer Dealers Association (JCDA) has elected new members body for the year 2007-08.

Jalandhar Computer Dealers Association (JCDA) has recently elected new members body for the year 2007-08. Diljit Singh, Shymal Gupta and Manish Anand declared the results.

As per the results, Rajiv Khanna of Computer Touch has been elected as the President, Rajiv Trehan of Syndicate computers as Vice President, Inder Mohan Bhasker of IMB Computers as General Secretary, and Amit Sakhuja of Amit Enterprises as Joint Secretary.

Discussing with itVARnews, President, JCDA, Rajiv Khanna said, “Since past two years we are seeing outstanding development in our association. Presently, we have more than 100 members in association and in the coming year, we are planning to increase the strength of our association. This year we have also elected seven new executive members and a Public Relations Officer (PRO).”

The association is planning to organize IT expo in the year-end where the dealers from all over India will participate and display their products. He added,

“Our main focus behind this expo is to increase the interaction between the dealers. Previous year we received a wonderful response with this expo, so for the coming year we are planning to organize it at a bigger scale.”

JCDA has achieved most of its set targets in the last one year including answering the various channel issues and introducing welfare programmes. The association will set up its new agenda in coming few weeks.
