The new Siemon angled faceplate adapters reduce mounting depth and bend radius requirements at the work area.
The Siemon Company, a global leader in network cabling, launched the new TERA-MAX angled faceplate adapter. These new CT faceplate adapters provide an angled work area mounting solution for Siemon's TERA and flat UTP MAX outlets within CT faceplates.
By orienting the outlets at an angle, angled faceplate adapters reduce mounting depth requirements for work area outlets by as much as 50 percent. "This depth reduction helps overcome installation challenges when mounting category 7 A TERA outlets into shallow back boxes while reducing the cable bend radius requirement for larger diameter, higher performing category 7 A shielded cables," said Country Manager, The Siemon Company, Rajesh Kumar.
These new 1 and 2 port adapters snap securely into any Siemon CT faceplate. CT faceplates are available in a wide variety of standard international configurations, including single and double-gang options capable of supporting 4 TERA-MAX adapters and 8 outlets. CT horizontal
faceplates, modular furniture adapters, service fitting plates and surface-mounting options are also available.
