KCDA gears up with its future strategies

Posted on May, Saturday 12, 2007 By Ranjana Jaiswal

Kanpur based IT association KCDA has come up with innovative strategies for the betterment of the channel partners.

With the beginning of this financial year, Kanpur Computer Dealer Association(KCDA) has come-up with its future course of action for the fiscal 2007-08.

While talking to itVARnews, President, KCDA, Arun Bhargava, said, “Since the past four years we are seeing remarkable developments in our association. The credit of our success and achievements goes to all the members of our association. This year our association members have added more innovative plans and activities to our itinerary.”

“We have elected a new executive body, which includes 9 executive general and a secretary. As Kanpur is facing few service problems, we are planning to provide a service booklet to customers on their every purchase in the market. Secondly, we will prefer that our consumers should purchase their products only from the members of the association, as we can easily provide assurance for them and their products”, he added.

According to the association from this year onwards, i

t has elected a body which will solve different channel issues like controlling price, less profit etc.

In the recent meeting of the association, it has also formulated plans for organizing seminars, discussions, and fairs which will start from this year. The association is also looking to start some training programmes for its channel partners.

Bhargava further commented, “Partners who will add more value to the market, by introducing latest products, technology, and better services have better chances to survive in the market. Due to high competition generally dealers leave this industry in a short span of time. So, with the help of our association we will provide better opportunities to everyone who is associated with us.”

WILL SUCH POLICIES BRING OUT DEVELOPMENT IN THE KANPUR IT INDUSTRY?
