ViewSonic launches five new projectors

ViewSonic continues market share momentum with five new projectors.



After more than doubling its projector market share in 2006, ViewSonic Corp. has delivered on its aggressive commitment to bring more projector options to users in the office, on the road or at home with five projectors—the PJ503D, PJ506D, PJ556D, PJ588D and PJ358. The PJ503D, PJ506D, PJ556D, and PJ588D also incorporate Texas Instrument’s DLP technology—the industry’s leading display capabilities—with other ViewSonic features, to meet the diverse presentation and entertainment needs of offices, classrooms, homes and religious sanctuaries.

For organizations that require outstanding performance on a budget, the PJ503D, PJ506D and PJ556D include display features scaled to fit their needs. With plug-n-play designs that are easy to install and use, the 1500 lumen PJ503D and the 2000 lumen PJ506D feature an 800x600 SVGA native resolution, while the 2000 lumen PJ556D offers a native resolution of 1024x768 XGA. The projectors deliver bright images and clear video, along with a whisper mode to extend bulb life and reduce fan noise during important presentations.

PJ588D - DLP Workhorse:
The powerful PJ588D, boasts 3,000 lumens of brightness and a 2000:1 contrast ratio to display crisp, detailed animated presentations or video conference calls at a 1024x768 XGA native resolution.
