The distributor is soon going to roll out new retail outlets in Mumbai.
One of the largest distributors and manufacturers, Maxtone, intends to expand its retail network in the country. With IT retail taking off in India, it plans to strengthen its retail presence by opening a chain of 10-12 new retail outlets in Mumbai.
Speaking to it VAR news, Director, Maxtone, Champak Raj, informed, “We are planning to open 12 new retail outlets in Mumbai by this year. We already have one in Mumbai. These outlets will showcase all the product range of Maxtone.”
The company has the distributorship of most of the known brands like HP, Lenovo, Seagate, and MSI etc and imports Motherboards, PCs and Graphics cards and sell them under the brand name ‘Maxforce’.
The company currently has more than 1000 partners all over India and planning to add more all over the country in the current year. As Raj said, “As we are opening new retail outlets, we will appoint 200 more partners for them as well as in other parts of the country.”
The company had expe
rienced the annual sales of about 280 Crores in 2005-06 and is now eyeing almost 30 percent growth in the current year. It is focusing all the segments from end-users to the Corporates. It has fourteen branches all over India.
