"We believe that channel programs should not be taken as an event for aggressive box pushing. In fact our aim is that our products alone should be able to provide the margins instead of channel programs that offer discounts. That is why we believe in offering mystery program for the channel. We do not offer discounts or cash programs rather we prefer to give the rewards in kind where the partners can actually enjoy the reward. In case of discount programs you find many partners using that to offer lower pricing on the products. This creates a market imbalance. So our channel strategy is to reward the partner for loyalty, to give them something that they can keep."
