Delhi based Elcom Trading has recently opened a LG retail outlet at Nehru Place (Delhi). The outlet is showcasing LG IT products and Mobile Phones.

Delhi based Elcom Trading has recently opened a LG retail outlet at Nehru Place (Delhi). The outlet is showcasing LG IT products and Mobile Phones. This retail outlet is also serving as a service center.

Speaking to it VAR news, Director, Elcom Trading Company Pvt. Ltd., Sunil Narang informed “Our new outlet offers infotainment to our customers. This is showcasing all the advanced technology products under one roof. It is for the first time LG wants to experiment the new concept of Fone and Fun through this outlet.”

Presently, the sub distributor has branches at Nehru place (Delhi), Wazirpur (Delhi) and Noida (U.P) with channel strength of 1500 partners in the entire country. Elcom is expecting annual sales of worth ten crores and 30-40 percent growth from this new outlet. The company has claimed to receive an overwhelming response from the customers. As Narang puts it “More than 150 people are visiting our outlet daily and taking interest in the concept.” The sub distri

butor is targeting end user segment through this outlet.

If this experiment proves successful, the company is planning to open 20 more LG outlets with the same concept in the entire country by the year 2008.
