UnitedLex Ropes in Former IBM Executive Pavan Vaish as Global COO

UnitedLex, a provider of technology powered legal and business solutions has announced the appointment of Pavan Vaish as the company’s Global Chief Operating Officer. Vaish will oversee daily business operations and will be responsible for managing UnitedLex’s business objectives in all geographies.  He will also serve on UnitedLex’s Board of Directors. 

A seasoned and skilled professional, Vaish joins UnitedLex from IBM Daksh where he was the guiding force behind transforming the company from an emerging enterprise into one of the largest and most respected companies in the Global BPO industry.  While Chief Executive Officer of IBM Daksh, Vaish was responsible for more than 40,000 professionals and  significant delivery centers in India, the Philippines, Egypt, Costa Rica, the United States and Singapore.  He also led the acquisition of Redpill Analytics that formed the basis for IBM’s high value business analytics group based out of Singapore.
