Microsoft CRM R7 2011 Now Available in India

Microsoft has announced the availability of CRM R7 2011 in India. CRM R7 2011 integrates social capabilities into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and further strengthens service and marketing processes for businesses.

Its integration with Office 365 makes the value proposition for customers even more compelling.

CRM R7 2011 provides fresh and powerful social integration features that enable businesses to gather insights about their customers and products by integrating real-time social media conversations into companies’ existing CRM view of the customers. This software is expected to strengthen lead generation and accelerate   customer and influencer outreach.
 
The software now features Automated Activity Feeds which are also accessible through the Windows 7 phone and incorporate Micro-Blogging by which users are able to follow important real-time business events and activities through social media in an intelligent and timely manner. The software also features Conversations through which users can collaborate between internal sales and service teams to ultimately improve customer experience. The R7 2011 release simplifies cloud service management by offering a common administration, billing and provisioning platform with Office 365.
 
CRM R7 2011 is available on CRM Online, the cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM offering, as well as for the on-premise and partner-hosted deployments in India. The new Social Collaboration capability of R7 2011 brings the ease to seamlessly manage external and internal conversations and relationships along with improved productivity through collaboration tools for customers.
