CSC has announced that it is bringing its globally renowned annual Technology and Business Solutions Conference (TBSC) to India for the first time.
TBSC creates a common platform for the global IT service provider’s vast ecosystem of partners and customers to share insights and expertise, analyze business challenges and discuss future developments in IT. The theme for this year’s event is “Innovate and Deliver,” and cloud, mobility, applications and architecture will highlight the agenda.
The event will be held on December 12 – 13, 2011, at CSC’s NOIDA campus as well as at the Hotel Radisson, Noida.
Featuring participants from across CSC’s technical, client and partner communities, TBSC India 2011 will include four plenary sessions, 90 CSC sessions and 81 partner breakout sessions. Sponsors are Hitachi Data Systems, Riverbed Technology, Hewlett-Packard Company, IBM, EMC Corporation, Cisco, NetApp and VMware.
A featured panel discussion will focus on “Transformation, Innovation and Strategic Change: The Keys to Great Customer Experience.” The panel will include MR. Rajan Jha, IT Director, TH Group of Companies, Vietnam, and Mr. Saurabh Ganeriwala, CTO, GE Capital India, along with CSC executives Mr. Lem Lasher, President, Global Business Solutions; Mr. Brian Manning, President and Managing Director, CSC India; and Mr. Narendra Nayak, Director, India Sales. Mr. Shyamanuja Das, Editor, Dataquest, will moderate the discussion.
Commenting on the event, Manning said, “Bringing TBSC to India is in line with our focus on the India domestic market. It provides a great platform for our partners and customers from across the globe to collaborate, exchange innovative ideas and best practices and benefit from each other’s experience. Each breakout session and exhibit booth will demonstrate how we simplify the complex, delivering understandable, intrinsically secure solutions at whatever scale our customers need. This event has been a huge success for us in other parts of the world, and we look to replicate this in the India market.”
TBSC India will feature additional key CSC leaders including Frank Heitman, President, Global Applications Delivery, and Bill Koff, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, CSC Office of Innovation.
CSC’s India operations are the company’s second largest globally, with a strong team of 23,000+ professionals across its development and delivery centers in seven locations in Noida, Indore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore and Vadodara.
