Ricoh Ropes in Accel Frontline Services as Warranty Service Provider for Laser Printers and A4 MFPs

Ricoh India Ltd. has announced the appointment of Accel Frontline Service Limited as its Strategic Warranty & Service Support Partner for Laser Printers and A4 MFPs.

The alliance with Accel Frontline Services extends the reach of RICOH’s after-sales support across the country. Customers can contact Ricoh’s Centralized Tech Help Desk for On-Site Warranty and service related support. A dedicated technical staff of Accel will provide doorstep repair & replacement services for in-warranty & out-warranty products. With 170+ On-Site Service Centers across the country, Accel Frontline has excellent control over logistics and technical know-how to service RICOH’s Printers customers.
