Sandisk Introduces Diwali Promotion Offers

SanDisk Corporation has announced that it is offering consumers the opportunity to win cameras with the purchase of SanDisk products featuring a special Diwali promotion sticker and USB flash drives by registering on company’s website. The campaign will last six weeks to help consumers capture their memorable moments during the festival of lights.

SanDisk products will feature a ‘Scratch & Win’ offer that lets consumers SMS a promotion code to 54242 for a chance to win a digital camera. A ‘Register and Win’ alternative allows consumers to register at www.sandisk.in, and every day ten registered users will have a chance to win a SanDisk USB drive. The 8 gigabyte Cruzer Edge USB flash drive (8GB) will come in a customized festival packaging. The campaign is valid up to November 6, 2011 across all LFRs and other retail outlets.

“This Diwali, our aim is to offer consumers the capacity they need to capture their memories in their mobile phones, DSLR cameras, computers and other digital devices,” said Manisha Sood, country manager and director, India and SAARC, SanDisk. “Our Diwali promotion celebrates the importance for high-capacity flash memory products while rewarding our customers with exciting prizes.”

The campaign will be promoted through Internet, radio, print and retail merchandising.
8GB Cruzer Edge—featuring a compact slider design for easy portability, the Cruzer Edge USB flash drive allows consumers to bring their photos, music and videos with them wherever they go. The drive carries a five year limited warranty and is available in 2GB to 16GB capacities carrying suggested retail prices ranging from Rs. 499/- to Rs 1499/-.
