ASUS Appoints Regional Service Partners

Posted on September, Thursday 08, 2011 By itVAR News Network

ASUS has announced the appointment of four regional service partners. The service partners will be known as ASUS Service Partners (ASPs). The company has appointed Datamation in Guwahati, Modi Infosol in New Delhi, Aldous in Cochin and Careoffice in Ahmedabad

who will be extending their service support to the customers in East, North, South and West regions respectively. The appointment of the service partners is aligned with ASUS’s strategy to offer best of the after sales support across different geographies of India.

We have appointed the four ASUS Service Providers to get the benefit of their strong network as well as to leverage the services of their engineers. This will certainly help us to provide quick redressal of customer queries. In addition, this will also help us in reducing our turnaround time and further expand our reach in smaller cities and towns,” commented Alex Huang, Country Head, ASUS Technology (India).

“ASUS is a renowned brand in the world of technology. We are extremely delighted to be associated with the brand. Our dynamic team of engineers is all set to provide the best of the service to the customers and will help the brand to become the leading computing brand in the country,” said Atul Modi, Director - Modi InfoSol. “We started with a vision to become a leading distributor for state of the art technology products. This tie up with ASUS
gives us the opportunity to showcase our services capability and to offer real benefit to our customers,” added Hemant Shah, Chairman - Careoffice.

As part of the alliance, the four ASPs will oversee service support for ASUS’s range of notebooks and netbooks. In addition

to expanding its geographical reach, ASUS has been focusing on aggressively to provide best of the after sales support to its customers across the country.
