Posted on August, Friday 05, 2011 By itVAR News Network

Atom technologies, India’s top m-commerce solutions provider, and Corporate Bridge Academy (CBA), a global full-service training firm, have partnered to offer a service that will enable professionals and students make fee payments for CBA’s training courses through atom’s IVR (interactive voice response) and Net banking/IPG platform.

Atom technologies are the largest m-Commerce solutions provider and the market leader in IVR with over 80% market share. Till date, atom has processed more than Rs3,000 crore worth of transactions on its platform. Its clientele comprise of 400+ best associates across various industry verticals and includes corporates, Government utilities, Travel and Tourism companies, Insurance firms, DTH service providers etc.

In an attempt to go hi-tech and reach out to a wider audience, CBA is targeting this service at professionals from top investment banks and financial institutions, colleges and students from the financial sector. The service allows trainees to pay from anywhere and at anytime via phones (mobile/landline) or through the Internet.

A customer is required to call on CBA’s callcentre number to make fee payments through phones using their credit cards. For making payments through Net banking/IPG, a customer needs to visit the CBA website, select the course she wishes to opt for and create an account. Thereafter, the customer can pay using Credit/Debit card or through Net banking.
Security is the most important aspect of atom’s IVR technology. The unique feature about the service is there is no manual handling of the call, so credit card details are completely secured. Data shared through the IVR system is treated securely by atom’s advanced encryption standards for routing transactions using secure VPN connectivity.
Commenting on this initiative, Niranjan Gosavi,CMO, atom technologies, said, “We are delighted to have partnered with Corporate Bridge Academy. I am confident that atom’s IVR and Net banking/IPG payment platform will enable CBA trainees to carry out transactions at their convenience and flexibility.”

Speaking about the offering, DheerajVaidya, CEO, Corporate Bridge Academy, said, “At CBA, we have always stressed on making our services hi-tech and convenient so that our students, particularly working professionals with busy schedules, can take up our courses with as much ease as possible. atom’s IVR and net banking payment platforms will lend another avenue to CBA for lessening the hassles of our students by enabling them to pay their fees at their convenience and from any place.”
