Mindteck, a global Product Engineering and IT Services company has been selected among the top 100 global service providers 2011. This is the second time the company has featured in the Global Services 100 list.
The prestigious list of top IT and Product Engineering service providers is based on a survey where participants are analyzed on Management Excellence, Customer Maturity, Global Delivery Maturity and Breadth of Services Portfolio.
Speaking on the occasion Pankaj Agarwal, CEO, Mindteck reiterated the company’s commitment to deliver next gen technology solutions with a personal touch. He said, “Being among the top 100 list demonstrates our ability to deliver to worldwide clientele with a robust global delivery process giving the choice of onshore, offshore and nearshore offerings to our customers. For this feat, we must thank our teams who work relentlessly to deliver value beyond brief to our clients as well as our customers who value and appreciate our partnership approach.”
Talking about the GS100 list, Ed Nair, Editor Global Services said, “The global services industry has gone clearly beyond the paradigm of ‘more work at lesser cost’. Companies are routinely seeking business outcomes, and in some cases, new forms of business value. Service providers who can deliver on these fronts make it to the GS100 and its categories.”
“The firms that are recognized in the GS100 list show a higher level of focus on client needs, employee development and process improvement. They continue to be providers of choice in the market,” said Atul Vashistha, Founder and Chairman, NeoGroup that conducted the survey.
