Enterprise users should start encouraging the use of Multifunction Printers (MFPs) as it helps to reduce carbon footprint and energy costs.

Enterprise users should start encouraging the use of Multifunction Printers (MFPs) as it helps to reduce carbon footprint and energy costs. HP is advising the enterprise community to increase the usage of MFPs that can increase the Green quotient for an organization.

Replace individual products with MFPs

HP MFPs use energy and supplies efficiently, which requires less overhead support costs than individual printers, scanners, copiers and fax devices.

Consolidate to fewer printers, choosing those with energy-efficient features:
