According to the press release, ViewPad 7 is 7 Android 2.2 + 3.5G media pad with a phone function, and is slimm (only 1.15cm

thick). It supports data and entertainment functions, boasts a large screen for maximum visual enjoyment and is readily portable for those on-the-go. Users can tap on GMS to access the Internet, GPS/A-GPS to find their latest bearings, receive and send e-mail, network with friends on facebook, Plurk, and Twitter anytime, anywhere. They can download all types of applications from the Android Market and customize their ViewPad 7 multimedia interface.

Viewsonic ViewPad 7 comes with camera embedded at the back of the pad. This camera allows users to take pictures anytime, anywhere, edit photographs and upload them to Facebook or Picasa.
