This is a customer success initiative for SAP services partners in North America. As per a press release, the program is positioned towards enhancing the penetration of SAP Safeguarding in partner-led projects for SAP software implementation and upgrade projects. IBM is the first SAP services partner to join the initiative and will propose SAP Safeguarding services to eligible clients that choose to upgrade or implement SAP business applications. SAP Safeguarding was developed from SAPs collective knowledge of technical and configuration risks, both product and non-product related. It offers teams with frequent and direct interaction to support and product engineers. They are experts in technical risk mitigation, solution configuration and optimization, as well as operational best practices. In winning the SAP Pinnacle Award 2010 for Global Customer Satisfaction, IBMs commitment to customer satisfaction is proven once again,\" said John Leffler, managing partner of IBMs Global SAP Practice, IBM Global Business Services.
