Modern was in need of a CRM solution which could provide a complete overview of the customer and prospects in terms of their contact details, communication and interaction history, maintain inventory of various properties and at the same time giving the sales executive the ability to stay on top of their daily schedule in terms of their daily activities and tasks. Modern Properties is currently using a 20 user pack of ACT Premium.
Before using ACT, the company depended on excel sheets to maintain customer and sub broker database which proved to be a tiresome affair because searching for the right property as per custom requirements of the customer became very difficult. ACT maintains a complete property master and provides a powerful search mechanism which enables the executive to search for the most apt property as per the buyer needs based on metrics like Budget, Location, T
ime Frame and purpose- buying, selling or renting.
The solution allows the user to log and track each enquiry till closure. Using the contacts module it is possible to record all requisite information like demographic details and details in relation to purchase, sale or renting of the property, said a press release. ACT allows users to record the source that the enquiry has come from thereby providing precious information on the reach and conversion potential of each marketing activity. Moreover, Swiftpage tool allows the user to send personalized mass emails relating to newsletters and property updates and gives the ability to track bounces, click through rates and unique open rates.
