The Plustek A300 Standalone Solution scans thick books without unbinding or dismantling them, making it a perfect solution for digitizing and preserving precious and valuable books. Particularly useful with bound materials, the Plustek A300 Standalone Solution also includes a patented design that eliminates the book spine shadow and text distortion of traditional book copying and scanning. The touch screen panel design makes it more fancy and user friendly. The scanned documents can be sent any destination without the requirement of a PC. Using the touch screen, the users can store the documents in a USB flash drive either in PDF or JPG format. , which of course is predetermined before the scanning.
