Cyberstar Infocom strengthens its after sales program on all its product range.


Cyberstar always believe in offering the best support to its customers. Having better warranty service helps channel members capture higher market share. Supporting this statement Raj Rathi, Managing Director, Cyberstar Infocom said, When we have a bouquet of quality products, we want to increase channel confidence by offering better warranty turn around to our customers. This reduces the investment and hassle for our channel partners. We have reasonable turned around time for all our products lines. If we are not able to offer replacements during this time we do not hesitate to give Credit Notes to our customers" he added.
