Partner Cheats on Microsoft

Posted on December, Monday 28, 2009 By Pragya Gupta

The brand's certified gold partner KK Systems has fallen from grace, as it was caught pirating the popular software, and even faking certification of authentication.

We have been covering Microsoft a lot lately. But for all the wrong reasons these days. First it was the unrest amongst channel partners in the East and North East regarding the arm twisting technique to increase sales. Now it is about the Microsoft Gold Certified partner KK Solutions in Delhi, which the brand caught recently counterfeiting not just the software but also all the certifications.

It was alleged in the complaint that the suspect was obtaining the counterfeited CDs, packaging material and fake Certification of Authenticity (COAs) from China and after obtaining the genuine product key number, by tampering the genuine products, was putting it on the fake COAs and selling it in the market according to CBI quoted in a Publication. Greed is usually Triggered from the Board-rooms of Big Brands only wherein the fancy & rosy graphical business-projections are displayed by parasites with little emphasis on the REAL-WORLD outside ...... The channel is just the channel for everythin
