Sushil Bandi to oversee sales in India...
WD announced that Sushil Bandi, who came on board as the Country Manager for the Indian Subcontinent in October 2009, will oversee the companys Indian operations after Sharad Srivastava has decided to step down as Sales Director, South Asia and India, after four years with the company.Sharad will officially step down on December 31st 2009, to start a new chapter in his life and chase his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Sushil, who has been working with Sharad since October to understand the market dynamics, will work closely with management to take a complete handover of Sharads responsibilities.Commenting on the announcement,Y S Chia, VP of Sales, Asia Pacific said, I would like to thank Sharad for his leadership and commitment in making WD a company we can all be proud of. During his tenure, WD has gone from strength to strength achieving exponential growth and leadership position in the Indian market. I wish him all the best in his entrepreneurial venture.He further added, Bandi

We are focused on growth in the country, with technology leadership, a broad product portfolio and unmatched service.
