Unistal Systems Pvt. Ltd., provider of data care, data recovery, anti-virus and Internet security products and services announced that it is recruiting more than 300 national and international channel partners for its recently launched 'data recovery over Internet' services—first of its kind in the entire country. These services are being extended to customers by the Unistal channel partners through www.idatacare.com portal.

Customers, wherever they may be across the globe, can bring their media (hard disk) to any of the authorized Unistal channel partner for data recovery. The channel partner connects the hard disk to proprietary connectivity tools developed by Unistal (over a static IP).

According to Director-Marketing, Unistal Systems, Alok Gupta, “This unique service besides ensuring best possible results for customers in an efficient and convenient manner, enables us to expand our operations and offer cutting-edge data recovery services across the globe in a short time. We are desirous of tying up with right channel partners and building an extensive network in all geographies.”

The experienced data recovery engineers based at the Unistal's Central Recovery Lab (CRL) at New Delhi then perform the data recovery or repair process on the hard disk online. As and when need arises, channel partners can conduct a live chat with experts at CRL and resolve all technical issues instantly. It circumvents the need to send the hard disk to Unistal's master labs. Customers can even track their data recovery process online.

Unistal's channel partners for this unique online service will help the customer recover data even if the partition is corrupted; hard disk has been accidentally formatted; data has been deleted even from the recycle bin; in case of virus attacks; bad media; FAT or VFAT errors; data loss owing to corruption of OS; mail box corruption; address book corruption; missing files and directories; database corruption; broken hard disks; RAID system failure; server corruptions and deletions; damages due to electrical shock; loss due to natural calamities like flood, fire etc; sabotage; power supply burn out or failure; and corruption of files.

Unistal's online recovery services are available for different types of media and operating systems.
