										<description>KLG Systel, a leading software development and organization life cycle solutions company, has designed a state of art Enterprise Project Management solution based on Primavera Suite of products for C-DOT, the Telecom Technology development centre of the Government of India. Accessible on a secure private network, it has been designed to handle multiple project schedules, closely monitor the deliverables, quality, performance matrix, budgets and costs for the Centre. Presently, the implementation encompasses two geographies that of New Delhi and Bangalore with close to about 900 users of different functions across these two cities. The “Enterprise Project Management System” from KLG has been able to provide the requisite framework for building this foundation. KLG’s solution will provide the Communication Layer using Web based technologies combined with workflow and e-mail to allow the project teams to communicate across virtual, geographical, functional, or technological barriers.
